Located at 188 W Main St., Frostburg, MD Sand Springs Saloon has very little in the way of vegan eats; however, the veggie burger is pretty good! The bar section is pretty nice and has several televisions set up for sports enthusiasts.

Jodi ordered the garden burger minus the honey mustard and fries. This is one of the best veggie burgers in the area.



Jim wanted to check out Sand Spring's willingness to accommodate so he requested a Gyro (a pita wrap that usually includes lamb) with the garden burger as a substitute. The Gyro also comes with a cucumber sauce, which has sour cream, so he substituted the cucumber sauce with Italian dressing.

For fans of sweet potato fries, these are a must try. Topped with cinnamon and brown sugar, save them for last because they function well as a desert :)



The total cost of this vegan eat (including one sweet tea and one Killian's draft): $19.66!
